i just start learn python, but now i wangt to use your code. i want to know how to run Automold.py, i don't see main function

Isn't UsageGuide.ipynb useful? It shows how to run it.

I am having a similar issue

import Automold as am
import Helpers as hp

i get autmold is not defined, I tried python3 helpers.py and same thing with automold
