Initial public release

This is the initial public release of the SolarPowerSystems-library.

The models in the library have been validated and tested thoroughly, but the validation models and -data are not yet part of the library. A user's guide inside the library is still missing. The information in the README; in the docstrings of all models; and the documentation layer for the most important models should provide helpful information.
