Now subnets and ips can be passed into the module (there must be one or more of them for this to work)

Storage Account with restricted public access

Creates a storage account with public access restricted.

To setup connectivity you can pass in one or many subnets resource ids and/or one or many Ip addresses.

At least one subnet resource id or ip address must be set for module to work.
