Description
Adds functionality to track successfully processed items as well as errors and warnings. Outputs a summary count at the end of execution.

Closes #66

Documentation Update

  • I have updated README.md and other relevant documentation
  • No documentation update is needed

Implementation Notes
This PR needs to be re-done, pending the merging into main of #60 and #62 due to many merge conflicts. https://github.com/UAL-RE/ReBACH/tree/66-local contains a working tree, with the changes intended to address this PR (starting from 5a3d1dd) on top of the two mentioned PRs but that branch is a working copy and should not be merged.
