dissertateUSU

This release cleans up the functions and no longer relies so heavily on rticles. Still, the idea is largely inspired by rticles and bookdown. Should be formatted correctly for use within Utah State University for both theses and dissertations as is.

Initial Release of `dissertateUSU`

This is initial release of dissertateUSU. It is specifically designed to work with the formatting requirements of Utah State University but provides a semi-flexible framework to work with other universities.

This release relies on the functionality provided by the rticles package.
