Description

1. Rename tyk-single-dc to tyk-stack.
2. Rename tyk-mdcb-data-plane to tyk-data-plane
3. Fix gateway port name in dashboard deployment.

Test Coverage For This Change

Tested tyk-stack and tyk-data-plane chart with following steps

1. Create API
2. Create policy
3. Create key using policy
4. Call API endpoint using key.
