iOS WKWebView support

iOS: Added support for the WKWebView. The plugin will determine the web view in use at runtime. There are no configuration changes on part of the consumer.

Fix disabling of the "tired of waiting" dialog on Android

Aligns the android version of the plugin with the documentation to be able to disable the waiting prompt with an interval of 0.

Addresses a situation when the user could get into a dead end state if the site doesn't load. The user will now be prompted after a period of time asking if they want to retry loading the site or wait.
