Changes in v4
- Changed plugin from docked to dialog. (Docked plugins are unavailable at the moment.)
- Added settings to adjust plugin dimensions.1 (In case you're unhappy with the defaults.)
- Updated table of element codes. (E.g. staff text changed from 42 to 47.)
