This is code used by the Cal Poly Capstone group PolyCan to interact with a jCOM j1939 Board. 
This code is modified from open source code found at:
https://copperhilltech.com/blog/programming-the-sae-j1939-ecu-simulator-board-using-visual-studio-c/.
This lets us to capture any CAN traffic and store into our type of .csv log files
Additional, we can use this software to transmite our type of .csv log files on the CAN bus
