How to Nikon and Zeiss reader updates

• Add a data folder to store the data in (same as the TIFF reader branch)
• Update the Nikon and Zeiss notebooks to use the updated data path
• Don't save the rendered output of the notebook

Looks good! I wonder if it is worth having an optional cell to remove the data once the notebook has run - the walnut especially is quite large.
