Why select 4000 as the 'Horizon_SCAN' parameter for the Livox Horizon?

I observed the following characteristics of the Livox Horizon:
(1) The FOV measures 81.7° horizontally and 25.1° vertically..
(2) The point rate achieves 480k points per second.
(3) Average spacing of lines ranges from 0.2° to 0.4°.

Regarding the selection of 4000 as the 'Horizon_SCAN' parameter for the Livox Horizon, how did the author arrive at this decision?
