also add partially fix for deleting wrong modversion in builds and optional being set on different builds that has same modver also reduce code copy use

might remove this when selecting mod is searchable as it is able to replace existing modversions

also fixes issue where deleting mods in modpackbuilds would delete wrong mods, and setting optional would result optional being set on all builds using same modversion
