In this project, our team used optimization functions in Julia to analyze how to put together the best NBA roster based on data from the 2017-2018 NBA Season. The project shows a way to evaluate player worth, a five year plan to turn a losing franchise into a winning franchise and a stadium finacing plan that taking into account team operating costs. All the models use public data from ESPN, Spotrac, and Dick's Sporting Goods.
