project refactoring - will break all PR - TODO close all opened PR
add m:default flag as an alternative way to define default value (with highest priority)
add m:column flag as an alternative way to define column name (with highest priority)

version 3.1

property default value that uses = VALUE syntax will be marked as deprecated and will be removed in future
