In this pr i propose several things:

  1. Fix of memory leak.
  2. Some fixes and accessibility improvements (before i edited it in official telegram,so i copied whole class from it and inserted in telegram foss class).
  3. improvements for t9 keyboard devices,such as:
  4. Call key reply on call,or make in some places audio/video call,or switch on/switch off microphone.
  5. menu key switch on/switch off speakerphone.
  6. f1 key (as home screen key on usual devices) finish or reject call.

Please merge this pr,at least partially. Thanks.
