Full rework of bot

• Full rework of bot #13 issue resolved replaced ytdl with wavelink
• Add Spotify support #2 Fixed issue and added Spotify support
• Add Slash Commands #1 Added slash command for playing songs
• Other issues were also partially solved.

Issues still remaining to be solved

• Current song stops playing instead of adding a new song adding to the queue and the current one still keeps playing.
• loop command responds that loop is enabled but it doesn't actually loop the song.

Additional features added

• Added music panel to control the play/pause thru interaction(still work in progress).
