Update to GradleRIO 2022.3.1
Expose drive and steer motors, as well as steer encoders (fix Encoder Access #3, fix Would really appreciate access to individual motors and encoders within the SwerveModules. #4)
- Would allow for motor PIDs and access to drive encoder to check distance
Ensure robot is not in simulation before checking for motor errors (fix Library crash on simulation #5)

(sidenote, please remember to make a new tag so it gets published on jitpack :) )
