Question on v1.2.1.5 and the associated Release.
Is it tested up to degree that it is worth to do manual merging of the changes to my temporary branch?
If additional changes are expected soon, I can postpone the merging (making it yet more difficult later).
Also, in Readme.md the buggy old release should be replaced by this.

The only issues I can see are sudokuwiki's changes that you said can't compile with Java8. It is good that you picked up on this. The issue has been flagged up and will await for sudokuwiki to reply. We can always revert to the version prior to his changes which more or less brings us to near identical version to the Aug 5 release
