Found a small bug when you have more operations than available space in the list window and more chain operations than list size in a chain. If both the [Chain] and [Operations] panels where expanded, it is not possible to scroll in the list windows. Minimizing one panel the scroll in the other started to work.

indicated that the list widget needs a unique id, and this PR fixes this.
I searched for "template_list" in the project and did not find any more occurrences used. Feel free to change the id descriptions as I'm not up to date with conventions.
