Небольшие фиксы одежды стража и инквиза:
Исправлена парочка грамматических ошибок.
Добавлены компонент на возврат ко стражу способностью (как будто ей кто-то пользуется..,), защита от температур и описание (у него было описание дефолтного бронежилета) бронежилету хранителя.
И самое важное - исправлено, что бронежилеты стража и вроде как плащи инквиза (хотя не видел в игре, чтобы он и до этого мёрзнул) не защищали от температуры (последствие space-wizards/space-station-14#30662)
