Adicionando uma nova forma de filtrar as vagas - #392
Descrição
Neste pull request quero adicionar uma nova forma de realizar a filtragem das vagas, pois no codigo atualmente é o front que realiza os filtros, mas agora o filtro está sendo feito pelo backend e só passamos os parametros
Mudanças
Criei uma nova função para realizar as requisições e exclui a antiga função de filtro e de ordenação, visto que agora a função nova faz as 2.
Problemas Resolvidos
Este pull request resolve o problema da filtragem ser feita no front-end , ocasionando numa maior lentidão no site
