Initial Release

Simple GUI program that bundled with a tailored tiny ffmpeg.exe & ffprobe.exe suite, Python 3.13 environment, wxPython GUI library and the original gopro2gpx library.

Tested on the following platforms (with common Visual C++ Redistribution DLLs installed):

• Windows 11 22H2
• Windows 10 Enterprise IoT LTSC 2021
• Wine 9.20 (Windows version set to 10)
