Description
This PR aims to allow users to grab all existing regions within all worlds or a specific world.
(Github wouldn't let me post the full on video, so only the results)

PreciousStones hasn't been updated since 2017 so I can't really test. especially with Skript's new minimum server version.
Residence is a premium plugin which I'd rather not buy tbh.
