I don't really like this task, because there is a lot of issues, especially in xplat case:

I need a nice abstraction around forge/fabric fluid management solutions
- Some sort of FluidStack
- Some sort of FluidStorage
- Some sort of way to extract fluid from items (like buckets and tanks)
And only after this I need to build API around it for establish fluid automata.
