Add support for new parameters on the [sr_listings] short-code:

  • Support minyear
  • Support maxyear
  • Support minacres
  • Support maxacres
  • Support exteriorFeatures
  • Update documentation

I will probably follow-up in a separate PR to add support for these in the [sr_search_form] short-code. It's a bit more involved to do it, and we don't support most other parameters that way. Since this is the primary use-case, it's a good place to start.
