ports heretics from goob

missing a few pull requests but includes most of them for now

currently has building and launch errors ayuda

TODO

• make sure server doesn't explode
• add the heretic store update
• add mindroles update from upstream
• properly go through all the heretic PRs and add them to the sacrificial altar
