List of relevant Signal processes and how to simulate:

Improved 2nu spectra

Relevant parameters for the spectra: $\xi_{31}, \xi_{51}$ affect the shape.

  • SSD Hypothesis: fix $\xi_{51} = 0.1397$, vary $\xi_{31} = 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.37, 0.4, ...1.0$ $\times 10^8$ events
  • HSD Hypothesis: fix $\xi_{51} = 0$, vary $\xi_{31}$ equivalently ^ $\times 10^8$ events. Ref 1
  • Combination of both in steps of 0.2? $\times 10^8$ events

Right handed spectra:

Relevant parameter $\epsilon$, which corresponds to "how much RH there is" - this can be estimated straight up from the sensitivity (ratio of $T^{RH} / T^{2\nu}$), or from ratio of backward-forward assymetry.

  • $\times 10^8$ events

Sterile neutrino:

Relevant parameter $m_N$ (mass of sterile neutrino):

  • $m_N = 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5~ MeV ~\times 10^8$ events

This list looks good to me. It may be extended in future in case of huge success but for now it is a good starting point.
