What problem is this PR solving?
Currently in the native Shopify discount form, all cards, except for Summary Card and Method Card use
headingSmas opposed toheadingMdfor the card title. This PR updates all cards to use headingSm to match.It also updates selected items list to have a border with radius to match the native selected items list.
