• PPML v0.2 support added. Now can runs PPML 0.1 and 0.2 mods together with Modnix mods.
• Mod loading phases, initialisers, and parameters finalised and documented.
• Mod info format finalised, implemented parser and resolver, and documented.
• Mod Loader now automatically pulls in missing .Net library from system .Net.

Preview v0.70

Mod list, mod info, and basic mod actions (explore/delete) implemented.

Enhanced stability and diagnostic logging.
Add /reset command line switch, and expand /s to skip more checks.

Refined setup flow and fixed compatibility with PPDefModifier.

Mod list not implemented, but should be fully compatible with PPML mods.
