This guide explains how to use Educator Tools, along with a feature-by-feature breakdown of all available options.

1. Features

1.1 Accessing Educator Tools

Educator Tools is accessed via a special in-game item.

  • Right-click or Interact with the item in your hotbar to open the Educator Tools menu.

The main menu contains the following tools:

1.2 Teleport

Teachers can instantly move students to maintain control during lessons. The tool will ask you to select a subject to teleport.

Teleportation Options

  • Teleport You → Select a player to teleport to.
  • Teleport All → Moves all players to a specific user.

1.3 Gamemode

Quickly change game modes for all students or yourself.

Game Mode Options

  • Survival → Players gather resources and face challenges.
  • Creative → Players have unlimited resources and free building.
  • Adventure → Players explore but cannot modify blocks.

1.4 Timer

The Timer Tool provides in-game countdown timers for structured activities. The timer is visible both in the world and in the Boss Bar at the top of the screen.

How to Use the Timer Tool

  1. Open Educator Tools and select Timer.
  2. Click Create to set up a new timer.
  3. Choose from preset durations.
  4. Manage the timer with the following options:
    • Start → Begins the countdown.
    • Edit → Modify the countdown time.
    • Reset → Restarts the timer with the current setting.
    • Delete → Removes the timer.
    • Hide Timer Entity → Makes the in-world timer invisible while keeping it active.

1.5 World Settings

This tool allows you to update game rules without needing to leave the game typing any commands. The list of game rules that can be toggles through Educator Tools:

  • Mob Spawning
  • Mob Griefing
  • Keep Inventory
  • Daylight Cycle
  • Weather Cycle
  • Immediate Respawn
  • Command Blocks
  • World Damage

1.6 Lock Players

The Lock Players Tool allows teachers to control student movement within a specific area.

Locking Modes

1. Fixed Center Mode

  • Sets a fixed location as the center point.
  • Students can move only within a set radius.
  • Example: A 48-block radius limits movement to a controlled zone.

2. Follow Mode

  • The restricted area moves with the teacher.
  • Students can only move within a defined radius around the teacher.
  • Useful for leading groups through activities.

Teleport Settings

  • Pull Back to Edge → If students leave the radius, they are teleported back to the edge.
  • Teleport to Center → If students leave the radius, they are teleported back to the center.

Setting Center

  1. Select a place in the world as your center and open the Educator Tool
  2. Go to Lock Players
  3. Select Set Center

Teleporting to Center

If you would like to teleport all players to the Center at the same time.

  1. Open the Educator Tool
  2. Go to Lock Players
  3. Select Teleport to Center

1.7 Letter and Number Blocks

Educator Tools introduces letter, number, and symbol blocks, useful for visual learning.

How to Use Letter & Number Blocks

  • Available in the Creative Mode Inventory.
  • Includes:
    • English letters (A-Z)
    • Numbers (0-9)
    • Symbols (mathematical signs, checkmarks, crosses, punctuation, etc.)
    • Currencies
