Add a reusable workflow for running JuliaFormatter and ensuring that SciMLStyle is followed, with configurable inputs.

Once this is merged, the next workflow will be a reusable workflow that builds on top of this, to automatically make suggestions on PRs, similar to JuliaDiff/ChainRulesCore.jl#666 (comment). |
