- Each portals configuration is now a separate project - Portals shared code is now in a shared dependency called "synapse-portals-framework" - Utilize vite-tsconfig-paths to reference local assets in development mode, providing HMR even when updating dependency packages (e.g. updates to synapse-react-client can be hot-loaded into the adknowledgeportal project) - Fix generate-sitemap to work with configs with .tsx extension - Move `scss` files out of `src`. This is necessary for development
