after moving the 'reset' code to configureacts an exception needs to be added to the saptune configuration file check in 'checkSaptuneConfigFile' to get it back to work
in main.go - before the logging is initialized use prinft for error messages in main.go - restore the initialization of the logging switches in case of 'saptune configure reset' in main.go - cover the UpdateLeftOvers in case of 'saptune configure reset'
