set version to 1.0.0 for the first release of the package sap-convergent-resource-agents
create changelog file for the release of sap-convergent-resource-agents package
split the spec file of sap-convergent-resource-agents and mz packages, to build the packages independent of each other, as we only want to ship the sap-convergent-resource-agents package
adapt Makefile to support building both packages separately
