PR to address #13, enabling output to Enhanced Character-Separated Values (ECSV) format, which is supported by
astropy. The files are human-readable while also supporting inclusion of extensive metadata in the header.The user must explicitly enable ECSV output using a switch in the
InputDataBEMEWSsettings class. The default output option remains tab-separated files.
