RC setup

We use the radio-based remote control setup in manual flight tests.
In the VOXL-equipped drone (Neo), we use a FrSky Taranis Q X7 as the transmitter and a FrSky X8R as the receiver.
- The (current) setup for the switches and flight modes is as follows:
CH 5 on SF: armed/disarmed <=> up/down
CH 6 on SA: Flight mode (Altitude/Manual/Position <=> up/middle/down)
CH 7 on SD: kill switch (null/null/kill <=> up/middle/down)

use the SBUS
port of the FrSky X8R receiver and the VOXL flight core ports as specified here.
