Toggling between Cloud Foundry ABAP environment on SAP Business Technology Platform and existing SAP BTP systems causes duplication of service list fields.

Theres a related issue that needs to be addressed. For 'New System' and cfAbapEnvService the prompt validation should return true in all cases or the user is blocked from proceeding when all following prompts are valid.
