Work around the current Metal renderer's broken resolution scaling #598

Simply clamps the chosen res scale to 1x if the renderer (after Auto detection) is Metal.

The renderer itself doesn't have the issue, some games do, specifically Unity ones.
This does not solve the issue, it just prevents scaling that works in most games from being used.
