Hi, I only have total copy number information (and not major and minor cn). I was wondering if it is possible to run Pyclone VI with this limited info. In your earlier versions one could set --prior total_copy_number but I think that parameter is not in the new version? pls advise.

If you set major_cn to the total copy number and minor_cn to 0 you will achieve something very close to the old total_copy_number flag.
