Bug: Mention Usernames in File Upload Description Not Rendering Correctly

Description:

The usernames mentioned in the File Upload description using the format @username do not render with the expected highlighted style as they do in message inputs. This inconsistency affects the user experience, making it unclear which usernames are being referenced.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In the message section click on File Upload icon

2. Select any file and then in the description section try to mention any member of that group or yourself
   

3. After mentioning click on Send and see the results

Expected behavior:

The mentioned username in the attachment description should render similarly to how it does in message inputs, with a highlighted background color and distinct styling to differentiate it from regular text.

For example on mentioning members in the message section it works correctly by displaying a reddish background when an user tries to mention his/her own self and greyish for mentioning other users .

Actual behavior:

The mentioned username appears as plain text without any special styling, making it indistinguishable from other text in the description.
