💫 About Me:

🛠️ I'm currently working on
I’m currently working at Dectech in Évora as a recently hired Junior Software Engineer, fully integrated into a fantastic team. My focus is on a set of projects under the DataFarol initiative — building lightweight, user-friendly web applications designed to simplify installation, increase productivity, and ultimately drive better results.

👯 I'm looking to collaborate on
I'm proud and grateful to be part of the Dectech team and fully engaged in ongoing collaborations. At the moment, I'm not actively seeking new side-projects, but I’m always happy to connect with like-minded developers.

🌱 I'm currently learning
For the past three years, every single day has been a learning opportunity. The tech world never stops evolving, and neither do I. I’ve been deepening my knowledge in:
- 🐍 Python
- ⚙️ FastAPI
- 🐳 Docker
- 🧮 PostgreSQL and database design
- ⚡ Data workflows, including ingestion, transformation and setup automation
- 🔌 Seamless API and data integration practices

I’m always adapting, exploring new tools and improving existing systems.

I’m always open to questions, ideas or technical challenges. I’m very autodidact and if I don’t know something yet, I’ll go down the rabbit hole until I figure it out. If your problem sparks my curiosity — we won’t stop until we solve it.

⚡ Fun fact
I once used Python to build a tool for monitoring ketonemia in real-time, combining health data and automation to support chronic condition management. It’s one of the projects that reminded me how tech can make a real impact beyond the screen.
