Added the ability for keeping items from being dragged left and right between the lists. They can still be rearranged within the list they started in.
The use case for this is that in our project, we have some required fields that must be selected. You can change the order those fields appear in, but because we're dealing with aggregated data, you must select the column that the data is aggregated by.
