Purpose of this Pull Request
This pull request accomplishes three main objectives:
Providerwidget for data sharing between sub-trees.Providerto streamline theme management:FullThemeandInheritTheme; any component of theTheme, such asPalette, can now directly overwrite theTheme.Overlayfunctionality, as overlay querying in event callbacks is now supported.Checklist Before Merging
