This release barely works, is slow, and the output is somehow cluttered.
The index and resonance is not working yet. RMS mix behaves weirdly.
TensorRT is disabled as I figured out it is slower than CUDA. Idk what happened.

It requires a special ONNX exporter that is TBD.
