为什么提交这份PR (why to submit this PR)

POSIX.1 says:

read() attempts to read up to count bytes from file descriptor fd
into the buffer starting at buf.

On the other hand, for rt_device_read, the @size is defined as the number of units (block size for blk device, otherwise one byte).

In the current implementation, the devfs does not take care of this API misalignment, which could lead to excessive data reading/writing to devices.
