This adds an article that describes the quilt.mod.json format in depth.

  • Document entire format
  • Add examples
  • Merge with [Rewrite] Wiki base structure #52
  • Merge with main branch
  • Finish "Your First quilt.mod.json"
  • Add a tutorial for advanced users

I fail to see what this does other than reiterate the spec from the RFC. Is there some better way on explaining how the QMJ works?

As well as providing better (and more grammatically correct) reference for the QMJ, I'm going to add a tutorial on how to use the QMJ. The reason I'm including a reference for it in the developer wiki is due to the numerous errors and ambiguities in the RFC as well as for convenience.
