Add additional qubes logs to logrotate

Some file patterns in /var/log/qubes have been added to the logrotate schedule by @marmarek, but the directory is still filling up with months of logs.

Brief summary
The following log file patterns were added to logrotate for /var/log/qubes already:

 qmemman.log
 qubes.log
 vm-*.log

However, the following file patterns were not not added:

 qubesdb*.log
 pacat*.log
 pacat*.log.old
 guid*.log
 guid*.log.old
 qrexec*.log

To Reproduce
Run your system

Expected behavior
All files in /var/logs/qubes should be no older than approximately a month. No space is taken by files older than 30 days.

Actual behavior
Approximately 5GB of space is taken by files older than 30 days.

Most of the space is used by the guid.*.log for windows HVMs (max size found: 1506117548 bytes). Apparently, very chatty.

qmemman can also get competitive at times (max size found: 260123859 bytes).

Solutions you've tried
Manually deleting files older than 30 days. Certainly satisfying...but I'd rather not worry about it.
