Breaking changes

• Fit with [email protected]+.
• k is now a positional argument of matrix, and so for eigen, eigvals and eigvecs.
• AbstractTBA is renamed to TBA, and the old TBA is replaced by two new concrete types, SimpleTBA and CompositeTBA, while, the interfaces of TBA construction functions remains almost unchanged except that Formula must be explicitly used to construct a TBA by analytical expressions.
