The instructions on this page appeared to be outdated and didn't match up with what I was seeing in OpenWrt v24.10. I'm a Software Engineer, so my networking skills are pretty minimal, however, I was able to get Quad9 working on my OpenWrt router with these updated instructions and confirmed at https://on.quad9.net/.
I tried to follow the same styling as the other pages and change only the minimum, but please feel free to make any additional tweaks if I'm misunderstanding something. For those looking at this PR before a merge, please test my instructions and comment to let me know if this works for you as well.
