How to compile the reference

The LaTex source of the reference manual is included in the PyECLOUD repository, in the folder:

PyECLOUD/doc/reference/src/

The pdf file can be generated by running:

../compile_it

The manual includes the images generated by the example plot script. To produce them:

cd PyECLOUD/doc/example
python 000_plot_main_output.py
